Two options, for the first 100 units

Granted the Manufacturers Register of the Ministry of Industry (see here) and after the launch of the G1 model, ghatto puts the first 100 units on pre-sale with a delivery date for the Fourth Quarter of 2021. The order (Pre-Order) will be rigorously order of entry registration of the application designed and implemented for such circumstance

The procedure is as simple as if you made a purchase online, you just have to fill in the information, accept the conditions and register.

Pre purchase 100% free. No need to pay any initial fee.

Valid for 50 units.

In March 2021 we will contact you to pay a deposit of 10% of the total value of the ghatto G1.

In case of not following with interest, your position will go through strict order of entry to the next request.

There is no possibility of transferring the purchase option, losing this option if the indicated signal is not transferred in March.

Opción 2:
100€ de depósito

Pre purchase with a deposit of € 100. With this option, you will receive the #ManufactureYourBikebecoming a Ghatto Engineer for a day at our Valencia facility, while learning about design, manufacturing and assembly. Other great advantages accompany this option.

Valid for 50 units.

In March 2021, we will contact you to pay the rest of the deposit until the 10% of the value of the G1 ghatto is completed.

In case of not following with interest, the purchase option will be transferable (without additional cost) to third parties in the following 15 days from the notification, being without effect after said period.

Ghatto promises not only the excitement of sustainable driving, also the passion of sporty driving thanks to a high-performance engine (120 Nm of torque at the axle, which, with a 5: 1 ratio, offers a torque of up to 600 Nm wheel) with an acceleration hardly achievable with any other combustion maxi scooter.

The chassis is made up of 4 parts with two materials and three technologies. The steering stem and subframe are high-strength tubular steel, bolted to the aluminum Case with steel reinforcement. Case that includes the set of Lithium batteries with up to 11kWh of energy in the expandable base model. Finish this industrial journey with the swingarm, machined on an aluminum block and welded, which houses the suspension housing, which works with traction complemented and helping to improve not only driving, but also aesthetics. The ghatto G1 fairing is a fairing that abandons the use of plastic to incorporate materials of high resistance, durability and lightness such as composites. An urban, electric and aspirational unit with all the comforts such as its large trunk for two helmets, its wide seat in technical fabric and its connectivity.

Purchase Policy (Pre Order)

Ghatto Motorbikes S.L, en adelante la empresa, se compromete remitir información pertinente respecto la evolución de la empresa. En virtud de la legislación presente, el usuario, entendido como aquel que usa y adquiere cualesquiera de los productos y/o servicios de la presente página web, entiende que la adquisición de un derecho de compra (en adelante pre compra), se ejercerá en el momento que la empresa adquiera las autorizaciones y condiciones administrativas/económicas que permitan la puesta en servicio de los modelos G1 en el mercado español y/o europeo. El usuario por tanto adquiere un derecho de compra preferente ante cualquier otro usuario que no haya realizado la pre compra. Este derecho de compra se diferencia en virtud del pago o no de una señal en forma de depósito inicial.

The pre-purchase type 1 is one that the user does not earn any initial payment, and must only provide the data that the platform claims, including and without prejudice to so many others, Name, Surname, ID (or similar), Address, Email and Telephone Number. La pre compra tipo 2, es aquella en la que el usuario, además de los datos facilitados y descritos en la compra tipo 2, se le requiere de un anticipo inicial de 100€.

Both pre-purchases are followed by a process of ratification of the right to obtain the ghatto G1 motorcycle unit. This process is materialized in a communication by the company in March 2021 (by the different electronic and / or digital means provided by the user) where the user must communicate if they continue with their pre-purchase process. If so, the user must pay 10% of the total value of the ghatto G1 model. In the case of users resulting from the type 2 pre-purchase process, they must pay the amount described by subtracting the € 100 (initial amount) contributed at the beginning of the process.

En caso de no materializar interés, los usuario fruto del proceso de pre compra tipo 1, no podrán ejercer ningún derecho de transferencia sobre el derecho de compra. Los usuarios fruto del proceso de pre compra tipo 2, dispondrán, en caso de no seguir interesados en el proceso de compra, transferir sin coste adicional alguno, su derecho de compra durante un periodo de tiempo no superior a los 15 días naturales que deberá comunicar a la empresa en documento acreditativo junto con la conformidad del nuevo usuario, que deberá en el plazo de 24 horas (contadas desde esta última comunicación) abonar el importe descrito del 10% del valor de la ghatto G1 excepto los 100€ iniciales aportados en el proceso. En ningún caso, la empresa devolverá la cantidad de 100€ transcurridos el periodo de 14 días de desestimiendo.

En caso de incumplimiento por parte de la Empresa en la fabricación y comercialización de las unidades, la empresa se compromete a la devolución íntegra del cualquier importe aportado por los usuarios. Dicho compromiso se ejercerá el 31 de enero de 2022, momento en el que, en caso de que la empresa no haya fabricado y autorizado administrativamente las unidades objeto del presente acuerdo, se entenderá por incumplido el acuerdo y se procederá a la devolución descrita. El usuario recibirá el importe total que haya aportado como señal inicial en fecha señalada. El usuario acepta la política descrita en este acuerdo y ratifica con ello la renuncia, recibido el importe descrito en fecha señalada en el presente párrafo, a ejercer acción judicial alguna por incumplimiento del objeto del presente acuerdo.
